Your American accent sounds very good. Are you Russian? Your L's in -ly endings have a Russian sound.
No doubt some linguist can explain this better than I can, but the English L used in this case is pronounced by putting the tip of the tongue on the ridge behind your teeth, but not dropping the rest of the tongue, as in the Russian (and Polish, apparently) hard L. However, do not press the rest of your tongue up against the palate, as in the Russian (and Polish?) soft L.
To me he sounds like a diluted version of Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite
