I have a strange accent, I've worked in customer service over a year and when customers ask me where I'm from and I tell them to guess, or when they just randomly ask "are you from ...?" they always, always get it wrong. Not once has a customer guessed where I'm from, and all the guesses were far off, so I would like to post a recording of my accent here and have accent experts analyze it, tell me what I do wrong that makes people recognize I have an accent (although about half the people I talk to can tell I even have an accent at all) and help me speak English better, or not, maybe just help me figure out what is with my accent that makes people guess wrong every single time they guess.
