tell me the meanings of these words plz:

Always winding it or setting it.

'a wind up': is when someone is very annoying, or trying to annoy

'to wind up': usually refers to winding up a clock or a watch

'setting it': changing to the correct time. adjusting


You wanna play rough.

'playing for keeps': Gambling with real money rather than pretend money.

'Getting rough': means doing it for 'real'.

Biggest on the block

The block is an American Expression, meaning a block of houses or sky scrapers. The biggest on the block, is the biggest house or sky scraper. The expression really means, 'the biggest and the best'. You could say, that a 'block' referred to a unit of residential or business land.
