新年快樂!(新年快乐!)=Xīnnián Kuàilè.

Yes, there're a lot of Christians (Protestants) in Mainland China.
The rough quantity was understated as over 10 millions of people.

過年好!(or 过年好!) means "Happy Chinese Spring Festival" instead of "Happy New Year !". Please don't be confused by different conception of New Year between Western and China.
