which one is correct?

"in mind" or "on mind"?

Both are essentially correct except that with the second phrase you have to say "on my mind" as in Glen Campbell's son "Gentle On My Mind" (1968) or Natalie Cole's song "I've Got Love On My Mind" (1977).

>>"you have to say "on my mind""<<
what about "what's on YOUR mind?"

"You are on my mind all the time" is what you'd say to someone you are concerned about for whatever reason....or someone you fancy. I often say it to someone down in Anglesey......sorry....Ynys Mon ....(with circumflex)....

"Keep that in mind" is what you'd say to someone you reckon should remain aware of some issue.

"With this in mind" is what I'd say to someone I want to rethink his/her
previous position, as in:"Listen to it carefully again, with this in mind".

Do you think the sentence "If I play basketball well, I will be like Yaoming."correct?

Syntactically, yes, but in real life you will have to play a lot better than "well"....
