I live in Germany and wherever I look, I see Turkish-speaking people.I like Turkish people, they are so enthusiastic, charismatic, and reliable but are there really that many Turkish people in Germany.Even in my class there were 3 Turkish students.Btw, if you live in Germany, I recommend you to have a Turkish mate as they are so good-hearted...

2 million Turks in Germany, of which 500 000 are Kurds.
Since they are not associated with grey wolves, radical islam and honor killing it 's ok.

I'm from Holland and not only in Germany but also in Holland there are so many Turks. They seem to have been accustomed to live in Europe very much.I have no problem with them.Yes Alex, I also think they are so kind. And the Netherlands don't need any blondes, so Turkish are very good for me here in the Netherlands ;)

The Grey Wolves in western Europe today were originally sent there at the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s to infiltrate Turkish immigrant workers. Their task, at that time, was to combat Turkish left-wingers who had had to leave their homeland because of harsh state repression but, later, the Kurdish issue became equally important for the fascists. As a result, the Grey Wolves stepped up their activities in the Netherlands by founding the TFN in 1995. The latter now has around 56 local units and an estimated membership of 30,000.

The list of racist and other crimes committed by this mob is very long. For example, they have attacked anti-racist demonstrations, severely wounded members of an Amnesty International picket and stabbed a Turkish hunger striker to death in Rotterdam. They are also deeply involved in mafia-like activities including drug trafficking, weapons smuggling, extortion from Turkish entrepreneurs and contract killing.

Yeah, Turkish people are everyplace nowadays. In Belgium I see them but, like many other EU people, I love them. They may be a little Asiatic, but they are fine really.I voted for their country to enter EU because I don't see any harm in their joining us.They are warm people as you said and they get by with it everyplace...

The Turkish government must review it's stance on certain issues such as human rights, increasing Islamist influences, etc. before been considered for the European Union.

Even some existing members must review it's treatment of the Roma people.

While even France can't overcome her problems on racism and human rights when racism taken into account, how can you expect Turkey to overcome these problems without EU's help?Turkey is a must to EU, I'll always definitely vote for them...

In Europe you can speak and satirize everything. In Turkey you can be kiled
I support only the european-minded Turks like Orhan Pamuk and Elif Safak. Will they overcome against the radicals?

Belgian parties had to submit their electoral lists this week. Ironically, Belgian establishment parties such as the Socialist Party and the Christian-Democrat Party, who both claim to abhor the far-right, have put forward Turkish candidates who belong to far-right, islamist and anti-Socialist groups.

The Grey Wolves are also said to have organised the anti-Kurdish riots and raids on Kurdish shops in Brussels in 1994 and 1998. Last April 8th, Mr Özçelik was present at a Brussels meeting of the Turkish far-right Nationalist Movement Party (Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, MHP) in honour of the late Alparslan Türkes, a Turkish Fascist and racist who founded the MHP

Turkey should enter the EU but ONLY after the Turkish gov't recognizes their genocides like for example the Armenian genocide. Otherwise, no.

LOL dont get me wrong I love Turkish people, but why do you think the Armenians are accusing you of a genocide and not lets say Albanians who the Ottomans also conquered?? If you dont recognize it then you dont deserve to be in the EU...join the Iran congress of the Holocaust denial instead...

Whats the point of learning History in Turkey - it's the Government censors what they don't like.

I wouldn't vote for Turkey for a couple of reasons.
*Turkey's need to promote human rights
*Protections of minorities should be guarded.
*Terriorist activities could flow into the EU unchecked once the EU borders are open.

Turkey absolutely belongs to Asia, it does not have the right to join in European Union, and most of Turks are those Muslems who tend to argue against Christianism. Religious contravention will never be ravelled out.
