Asking Tom and Michal some questions about SuperMemo

First, I want to thank you both for creating this excellent site for learning English.
I am one of the users of the Supermemo98. I have started using it since last week and up to now I have added about 280 items which I have been noting down in my English notebook for years. I have reviewed them several times,but I feel it is necessary to add them.
There are some problems though. I am just adding items and I haven't started the repetition step yet. Do you think I should start it or wait until I have added the whole vocabulary in my Supermemo?
The majority of my items are sentence-items. Is it good to keep on like this or you think that I should use all kind of items equally?

You should start reviewing your items now. There's no reason to wait.

At the beginning, I'd suggest you add mostly sentence items to see if they work for you. If you're not satisfied, you can add other types of items.
