Hi, can I say "In terms of our Easter meeting, I'll be away from 15 to 17th Apr., besides, will be available most of time."? Regards Dean

I would prefer "otherwise" in this case. The way I would phrase it like this:
"Regarding our Easter meeting, I will be away from 15 to 17 April; otherwise, I will be available most of the time."

You could say "besides that, I will..."

Or you could also say, "aside from that, I will..."
