Hi,
I’ve seen this film in Russian. The autistic character, Raimond Babbit, often repeats, “Who will be the first?”
I guess it refers to sth he saw on TV in his childhood, a joke or a story – a well known one. What exactly? Could you please explain that?

He actually says "Who's ON first?" which is part of an old comedy routine by Abbott and Costello. You can both read it and hear it in its entirety here:
