Translation From English To Spanish

Here's a song I wrote for Joaquín Phoenix, which I'd like to have translated from English to Spanish. This is a lullaby I wrote for Joaquín, to help him cope with the pain and grief he's felt ever since he lost his only Brother, River. If anyone has an accurate Spanish translation of this song, I'd also like to have help with pronouncing the words in Spanish. I intend to write more with this song, but here's what I've written so far.

Song For Joaquín
Intro.
Joaquín?
Joaquín?
Ah, Baby --- poor Little Joaquín.
Come, let me hold you in my arms.
Lay your pretty head on my shoulder.
Let me hold you warm against my heart.
Verse 1.
Joaquín, I feel your pain.
When you need a friend, I’m always here, to comfort you.
My Joaquín, I’m by your side.
When you cry the tears, I’m always here, to wipe them dry.
Verse 2.
I realize that you lost someone, who’s so near and dear to your heart.
And I know the two of you have shared a bond.
When you need someone to cry on, by your side I’ll always stay.
I will be the one to chase your clouds away.
Verse 3.
Joaquín, I’ll be your friend.
I’ll give you my love, so pure and fair, and your heart shall mend.
My Joaquín, I’m always here.
When you need a friend, I’m by your side, to calm your fears.
Verse 4.
I realize he’s your only Brother, Little River’s the one you love.
And you have a soft spot for him in your heart.
I understand the pain you’re feeling, and I feel the same way too.
Cause you’ve shared so much together from the start.
