try star jumps

Hi,
could someone tell me what «try star jumps» means?
I'm reading a book and I found this:
«We might as well make it [have sex] look like something's been going on»
«Good thinking. Try star jumps»

Thanks
C.

Hmm... apparently they're what I know as "jumping jacks": a simple exercise. They're also called "side straddle hops" in the U.S. military.

Basically, you start standing straight, with legs pressed together and arms at your side. Then you jump, simultaneously spreading your legs apart, and placing your hands over your head (possibly touching the fingertips or clapping the hands together), all in one smooth motion, and you land back down while your legs are still spread apart and your hands over your head. Then you simply reverse the motion: jump again, place your hands at your sides, and land with your legs together. I presume they're called "star jumps" because the shape that this exercise forms resembles a five-pointed star: legs spread out making the bottom two points, elbows making the middle two points, hands making the top point.

I don't have enough context to know why the character suggested this, though.

Ehi! Thanks.
He suggests her to fake they had sex and she reply: try having some exercises, you'll become reddened and sweaty...
