I can grow a beard, but "to grow a company" sounds very odd to me. I'm not an expert, though.
To grow something
Growing a beard sounds fine; growing plants sounds fine; growing a company sounds a bit odd to me unless you're making a gardening metaphor.

To me, 'growing business' or 'fast-growing company' sound better and more naturally. Although, I'm not a native speaker of English.

"To grow a company" googles well, but it's a neologism and sounds odd. Perhaps in time we'll get used to it.

You mean "natural". An adverb makes more sense than an adjective, I admit, but it's not how we say it in English. :)
Anyway, yes, I think using "growing" as an adjectival participle (or whatever it's called) sounds fine.
