E.G: Out neighborhood have a large piece of empty land, two proposals for this, one is to build a shopping center, the other one is build a park, whick will most improve the qulity of life.

I chosed to build a shopping center, and I had three reasons:1.improve the community economy. 2.create jobs for neighborhood 3.convinient for resident.
the question is it's very difficult for me the expand the topic sentence, to have sentence to support it, are there any way to make it a little easier? Thanx!

I think your 1 2 3 bullet-points they look very simple already...why you don't just tell your neighbor your 1 2 3 points like what you posted?
