I know we can say "what's up with you" for "what's the problem" or "what's the matter, etc.", but can I also phrase it as "Is anything up (with you)?"

Other examples:

Is anything up with your food?

Is anything up with your car? It sounds strange.

Hmm. It seems valid to me, though I don't think I'd often phrase it that way. However, I might ask "Is something up?" if I suspect a problem, or I might say something like, "Something's up with my gamepad; it's not working right."
