What's the difference between:

John sold vegetables that he had raised.
John has sold vegetables that he had raised.
John sold vegetables that he raised.



I'm so confused.......

I feel good.
I'm feeling good.

You said that she had gone to the movies.
You said that she went to the movies.


Aren't they the same?
ERGHHHHHH I feel really irritated by them.
I never feel a need to use present perfect or past perfect and I always use simple past.
