Who here pronounces "our" as "are"?

I live in the southern US and I pronounce "our" as "are".

I do, I don't know anyone who says "ow-er" in this region, Wales. I think saying "ow-er" is a Northern thing is it not? Please correct me if I am wrong :)

It depends. I say "our" like "are" when it's not stressed. However I sometimes say "our" like in "hour" when I wanna stress it. But most of the time even when stressed, it's "are" to me. :)

Yeah, I'd say that [æʊ] (rhyming with "cow", no consonant) is predominant in Australia. That's what I say.
