Printable IPA/ASCII chart
This page lets you access Antimoon's printable chart which contains the pronunciation symbols (from the International Phonetic Alphabet) used in modern English dictionaries for learners, and their corresponding symbols of the ASCII Phonetic Alphabet. The chart fits nicely on one sheet of paper and looks better than a simple printed Web page (it was designed especially for paper).
You can print out the chart in as many copies as you like. If you are a teacher, you can photocopy the sheet and hand it out to your students. In short, you can distribute the chart freely.
Instructions
To print out the chart:
- Click here to go to the page with the chart.
- Wait until the page downloads fully (it is about 250 KB in size). Don't worry if the chart looks bad on your screen. It will look good when printed.

The chart should fit on both A4 and US Letter paper formats.
