<<Cuba has better health care. I doubt Cubans in Miami can afford those expensive private clinic
>>

You are joking right? Cuban is so poor that in hospitals patients can't receive proper treatment for moderate to severe diseases. They lack any hygiene: beds with drops of dried blood , dozens of people in the same tiny room, etc. There are not X-ray scanners, not to mention more modern equipment that are normal in developed countries. Going to a santero and the Cuban "healthcare system" are equally effective. Cubans in Miami, thanks to freedom and their hard work can afford professional doctors and well equipped hospitals. In Cuba medical attention is for free, but it's shit. Would you eat shit only because it's free? Oh sure, if Castro told you it's good you would believe him . I'm so happy because I live in a country where freedom exists and not in Cuba!. I hope someday Cuba will become free too.

Is it correct that they use the Russian model for medicine? I understand that they use Russian texts for anatomy.
