Interestingly, I only ever really hear of 'hispanic culture' from people from the United States and Canada. In real life in England, I can go for years without ever hearing the word 'hispanic'. It's just not a word we really use here at all.

By "hispanic culture" most American would think of a mix of various different things from different cultures from central/south America, including such things as eating Tacos, dancing Salsa, being "caliente", etc.
Those things are in nothing Hispanic in the original meaning we used it in French, where is it used to mean the things that are from and related to Spain. In Latin America a part of the culture is hispanic, but definitly not Salsa or Tacos.

'Sexy' has a rather broad meaning in English and can often be applied to ways of speaking, regardless of what LAA might have thought of himself when he was chatting up girls with his shirt off by the pool at that hotel at which he was living over the summer.

¡Muchas gracias! Me he desafortunamente olvidado mucho español porque no lo he ni hablado ni estudiado desde mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, encuentro que todavía puedo entender bien español escribido, aunque lo escribo muy lentamente.
Entendo mucho alemán hablado, pero no puedo lo leer muy bien. Mi francés es afortunamente mejor. ^_^
