Nope, Flemish do not consider themselves Dutch at all, although they are Dutch-speaking nation.
If Walloon people, despite speaking heavily accented Wallon French, consider themselves French, it is their problem. No French man would consider Wallon French, but Belgian.
Luckily enough, people from Brussels do not consider themselves either Walloon or French: they are always pround to say they are only BELGIAN.
You cannot get a decent job in Brussels if you are not fluent in both French and Dutch.
