could you make a sentence in german or Dutch using only words that exist in English?

such as " Hand, man, Land, Name, Kind, Band, west, stark, hat, Code, start, it, of, die, falls, in, an, smile, is, door, Information, Bank, mate "

In German: Was hat die Mutter?

In Afrikaans you can, but very limited: "My pen is in my warm hand" is an example.

Are there sentences that can be made that would suffice as both French and Spanish?

And in Afrikaans, the past tense would work:
My pen was in my warm hand.

Well, I tried this one:

" La grande union libre de la region sera un désastre a partir de 2010. "

well, the diference might be the accents. Maybe it is possible to construct an exact sentence with accents if we take time to search for it.

With one letter difference it is much easyer and could find thousands of almost similar sentences.

Well, I forgot that "grande" in spanish should be "gran" when it is placed before the noun: so the correct Spanish sentence would be:

"la gran unión libre será un desastre a partir de 2010."

It is interesting to compare different languages:

FR "la grande union libre sera un désastre à partir de 2010."
SP "la gran unión libre será un desastre a partir de 2010."
IT "la grande unione libera sarà un disastro dal 2010."

EN "the big free union will be a disaster starting from 2010"
