the most interesting is that the people say that portuguese idiom is singed,but this is an very vague concept. the question is---u cant created an image of what this represents,what this means cuz have many kinds of music everyone can be very different to another.

italian-- drag vowels more than it should

spanish--hysteric, treble tone of voice
so when someone says i sing this is so stupid i cant grope something, i dunno what this means.theres the problem.

The only Brazilian accents which bear any resemblence to European Portuguese are carioca/flumininense and nordestino in their seperate ways.
Rio de Janeiro (and before this Salvador in the NorthEast) may once have been considered representative of Brazil but during the past decades Sao Paulo has outstripped it in terms of population, economic performance, infrastructure hubs, media-concentration etc. As such, it is ridiculous to look upon the carioca accent as being somehow representative when in fact it is a minority trend, a distinctive but minority one nonetheless.
It is not only the North East where the tu-vs-voce distinction occurs; it also happens in the South, especially in the Florianopolis (where Azorean dialect and hence European Portuguese patterns are preserved) and the pampa of Rio Grande do Sul where they still trill the '-rr-' (like in pre-18th century Portuguese) and do not palatalise the '-te/ti-' or '-de/di-' sounds.
I'm from Salvador (which is obviously in Northeast) and we
1. don't use TU at all, we use only VOCÊ (you), SEU (your), LHE (to you)
2. we have palatalization TCHI, DJI
This leads some people to state the accent from Salvador is one of the most Southeast sounding Northeastern accenst, the melody is different tho', though it's similar to northern capixaba and mineiro accents.
Our accent is pretty frequent in media, thanks to Salvador-based music (Ivete Sangalo, Daniela Mercury, Claudia Leitte, Jammil, Caetano Veloso)

The accents that media used is in fact the accent that is closed to real accents used in cities of Santos, Paraty, Juíz de Fora, Vitória, Brasília, it's not paulistano or carioca but an accent close to real accents: caiçara, fluminense (but not carioca), capixaba and candango.
