@Guest: The classification of European people in those three races is quite outdated, by about 100 years or so... From a genetic point of view it can be proven the overlapping similiarities between European people from one country to its neighbours... Anyway this is a language forum and as such it should stay.
There is overlapping, but still there are clear differences between people of different countries in Europe. Spanish people are the most pure form of the Mediterranean race in Europe and in the world . Other countries like Italy are more mixed: Mediterranean race in the south and the rest are alpine with nordic traces in the northermost part.
