Speak I English. Beginner am I.
Does it sound funny to you if I faked bad English as in above sentence ?
Sorry, anyway.
So it means that 'matter' was faking, or has a really useless teacher, hehe.
Read something in English every day. Read them aloud. Listen to the English or American radios and repeat some words or expressions.
Learning a new language can be tough, I understand if you're having a fear of talking in english to other people, but you have to start to get more comfortable, or listen to things that are in english. You'll get better at english. English is my native tongue, but i do know just a lil spanish.
To Ashley, tell me about any doubt you have in spanish I'll help you
You can ask me as well, Spanish is my second language.
By the way, boy:
I indeed want to know whether the so called (not that much) method 'speaking to yourself' has worked for you; or whether you've even practised it, lol.
www.paltalk.com
you need a microphone and a soundcard
here you can work to improve your australian accent or whatever accent you like
Your method is working for me. The thing is, I can easily talk when I stuck myself in a real situation rather than an imaginary. You see I have to buy some notes urgently and I'm broke, If I don't get money in my hands, I'll face the music. So, I can talk about future consequences suitably. Therefore, I won't need to enforce my mind too much unneccessarily as if I have to make up something unreal.

To ats.
I've already downloaded Palatalk, and it is kinda good for me, because with that quality of sound from the microphones I hardly can understand a word of theirs.
Do you know is there's a British room for talking, not just listening to music?
